Danske Invest Management A/S (DIMA) – a subsidiary of Danske Bank A/S conducting investment management company activities in Denmark and Luxembourg – is looking for a dedicated and open-minded Senior Fund Oversight Officer. You will be joining Fund Operations & Oversight, becoming part of a team of 6 professionals within DIMA with approximately 50 employees in Denmark and Luxembourg.

Key Fund Oversight Responsibilities Unveiled
In this role, you will handle day-to-day oversight of our service provider of Custody, Fund Accounting and Transfer Agent functions for both Luxembourg and Danish funds. You will participate to the due diligence of these delegates and the ongoing monitoring by reviewing and analysing the Key Performance Indicators – and then you will also :

• Implement new funds, mergers and liquidations of both Luxembourg and Danish funds;
• Maintain and update the policies, procedures and work guides of the company to be efficient and in line with the regulatory requirements;
• Take responsibility of the annual and semi-annual reports process of our Funds;
• Ensure accuracy and the correct dissemination of the fund’s data

You will also be participating in projects and driving collaboration - while engaging with key internal and external stakeholders.

Senior Oversight Officer Opportunity Awaits
We are seeking a Senior Fund Oversight Officer, with a minimum of three years industry-specific experience. You have a robust background in a Management Company, Central Administrator, Asset Manager, regulator, or consultancy firm, handling a wide range of responsibilities in the sphere of fund administration.

You bring a sense of accuracy and ability of independent thinking to the table. In this position, you will be required to have a systematic approach and eye for detail that enables you to acquire in-depth knowledge and support a structured way of working.

You have a strong knowledge and understanding of oversight regulatory requirements and fund regulations, as well as solid written and verbal communication skills in English.
