As our current EA is heading towards new career opportunities within the Danske Bank Group, we are looking for a new Executive Assistant (EA) to work closely with the CEO and management of Realkredit Danmark (RD), the mortgage bank subsidiary of Danske Bank.
The EA will report directly to the CEO of RD and take a key role in structuring and driving the agenda of a large Danish mortgage subsidiary, in close cooperation with the RD leadership team and key stakeholders in Danske Bank.
Be a close sparring partner to the CEO of RD
Your primarily role will be to work closely with the CEO, advice and facilitate execution of the strategic direction for RD. This includes;
- the shaping and executing on the RD business plan
- interacting with the key stakeholders in Danske Bank
- driving strategic projects, coordinating and aligning priorities.
In RD you will run the leadership team and Executive Management agenda and interact with the RD organisation when engaging in projects, workshops and/or offsites.
You will support the CEO with meeting materials, crunch numbers, prepare presentations and other communication - and contribute to materials for the Executive Management and the Board of Directors. You will work closely with the Personal Assistant to the CEO and the HR Partner for RD.
Structured and data savy teamplayer

You could have experience already as an EA or business analyst, but also a background from consulting working with strategy executing or driving and following up on commercial business initiatives could be relevant. We hope that you also have experience with or a wish to develop your facilitation skills.
You are a number cruncher, digital and data savvy and to embrace the usage of AI going forward – and ready to challenge the status quo. We strongly encourage all nationalities, and people with all kinds of background to apply.

You will work from our brand-new head office in Postbyen with stunning architecture and delicious food options. We offer flexibility to work from home1-2 days a week.
