Ensuring High-Quality HR Delivery within an efficient and capable HRBP team and HR specialists
Our local Human Resources (HR) organization, consisting of approximately 20 team members, seeks a new colleague to join and lead our HRBP team. As an HR Manager, you will play a crucial role in connecting our Managers, HR Business Partners, HR Specialists, and other stakeholders. Your focus will be on maintaining a unified direction within HR to provide efficient and effective services.

Responsibilities include implementing local HR strategies aligned with business needs and our overall strategy. You’ll drive organizational development, process improvements, and global initiatives. Additionally, you’ll collaborate with our HR specialist to ensure compliance with Swedish labor laws and collective agreements.

Leading, developing, and motivating the HRBP team and HR specialists will be essential. You’ll emphasize collaboration with Group HR, drive process efficiency, and encourage continuous improvement. Change management initiatives, supporting leaders and staff, will also be part of your role. The HR Manager oversees a group of 6 employees and reports to the VP, HR HV Solutions Karlskrona.

Collaborative experienced leader
The ideal candidate is an internationally experienced leader with business acumen and high stakeholder management skills. You should possess excellent collaboration and communication abilities, be motivated by supporting the business and its leaders, and demonstrate altruism.

In addition to the above the ideal candidate’s background should include:

• university degree within HR or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of experience from HR and relevant manager roles
• experience with international HR and experience with global mobility is meritorious
• experience with HR Processes
• fluency in Swedish and English
