We are seeking a new Marketing Director Nordics based in our Hedehusene location to join the ROCKWOOL Nordics Management team reporting to the managing Director for the Nordic countries

Join our dynamic marketing and communications team consisting of 30 skilled employers, where you will lead, manage and collaborate with specialists from Business Development & Insights, Product Management, Marketing & Digital, Technical Services, Communications & PR, and Public Affairs. What you will be doing

• Head the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies that echo ROCKWOOL’s commitment to market leadership and sustainability.
• Take part in developing and eventually implementing the ROCKWOOL Groups ambitious marketing campaigns in the Nordics markets in close collaboration with the international marketing organizations
• Take charge of our extensive product portfolio, ensuring continuous innovation, relevance, and market competitiveness.
• Elevate our product management processes to new heights by integrating advanced analytics and market insights into every phase of product development and lifecycle management.
• Drive our digital transformation agenda, as we need to develop and adapt our digital tools and service to reflect current market needs.
• Lead and support the Nordic Public Affairs team in driving the strategy and key topics impacting our market. Function as a key liaison for ROCKWOOL Nordics in high-stakes international projects, promoting our strategic interests and enhancing our global brand influence.
• Provide inspirational leadership to a diverse, multi-country team, setting clear goals and fostering an environment of continuous improvement.

What you bring

• 10 years plus of vast experience in marketing within B2B environments, with a substantial focus on product management in large-scale production companies.
• 5 years plus in strategic leadership roles with a successful record product lifecycle management and market penetration strategies.
• Deep technical proficiency in product management tools and methodologies, coupled with a keen ability to integrate market data and customer insights into product strategy.
• Exceptional leadership abilities, capable of motivating and guiding a team spread across the Nordics.
• A natural curiosity for the technical aspects of advanced building materials in a fast developing enviroment
• Mastery of English and preferable fluency in one or more Nordic languages.
• Advanced degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields; additional certifications in Product Management highly regarded.
