We develop ERP related systems and have expertise that help our company's business units to manage the exciting processes with and for our customers. We are looking for an ERP Manager who can play a central role in ensuring that our SAP solution runs smoothly and helps us to move to the latest version of SAP. You must be able to take the lead, but also work together in teams. The transformation from SAP ECC to S/4 Hana will be one of our key projects for the next years. For our IS department we look for a person who performs in accordance with ABB policy, contractual agreements, quality standards, health, safety & environment requirements, financial targets, as well as schedule commitments. Main responsibilities: As an ERP Manager in ABB, some of the key areas in the position are to manage the resources, manage the solutions, manage the process change, and manage the IS change process by having the right interest/experience to grow your capabilities. Through communication, you will engage our business units and create an excellent dynamic for the improvement projects grooving and coming along. Some of the main responsibilities are, but is not limited to: • Strategy – Help define the strategy to move from SAP ECC 6.0 to S/4 Hana and support and deliver according to the agreed strategy. • Operations Services - End-to end responsible for operating and building and delivering ERP solutions based on global and local requirements. • Processes - Analyze business processes and ERP system performance to identify opportunities for improvement. Support the installation, management, maintenance, optimization of internal and cross-functional processes. • Solutions, Design and Development - Responsible for building and delivering IS solutions/services based on business demands. Review Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and corresponding service monitoring and controlling metrics to identify rightsizing opportunities. • Governance, IS Standards, IS Compliance. Adherence to Corporate IS Policies and Procedures, as well as to both internal regulations and external legislation. • Vendor Coordination. Coordinate with external ERP vendors and consultants on system solution, integrations, and updates. • Security. Manage ERP system upgrades, including planning, testing and execution, to minimize disruption to business operations. • People Leadership: Manage the local ERP Center team. Provide coaching, support, and delegates responsibilities where possible. • Collaboration – collaborate with other ERP teams in ABB as well as with the global and local IS organization.

Qualifications for the role

• Good communication skills in Norwegian(fluent) and English written and spoken, is a requirement.
• Proven Leadership skills
• BCs or MCs in computer science, Engineering, Business, or related field
• Good understanding of business process development, mapping, and documentation (as-is and to-be business process mapping).
• Strong analytical skill and attention to detail/detailed oriented
• Experience/interest in managing technology, applications, people and ITIL methodology as well as organizational change management.
• Result oriented and able to work within global virtual teams and as an individual.
• Setting high standards of quality in own work.
• Ability to manage teams, but also have the ability to be a good team player.
• Experience in working with internal and external suppliers.
