This position reports to
Business Manager - Commercial&Operations
Your role and responsibilities
Deploys and leads the quality strategy for a local organizational unit, including quality culture, systems, tools with the aim to achieve and exceed customer expectations while ensuring sustainable operations. Drives the local quality system through the right mix of prevention, continuous improvement, robust root cause analysis, quick response, and sustainable solutions to problems. Coordinates the efforts of all necessary local functions that impact the quality results to reach the targets for the organizational unit and aim for world-class performance. Ensures that the necessary certification requirements are met throughout the organization.
Qualifications for the role
- B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree in engineering, business, or a related field such as sustainability.
- 5 years of experience working in quality management
- Proven expertise in ensuring optimal performance across projects.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective strategies to achieve organizational goals.
- Strong skills in analyzing data and creating comprehensive reports to support decision-making.
- Significant experience in quality management within large organizations.
- Strong understanding and practical application of project and product quality practices.
- Fluent written and spoken communication skills in English and Swedish.
