How to contribute to our vision
We are looking for a self-driven Student Worker to support our Talent Acquisition activities in Northern Europe, covering Denmark as the main country as well as countries like Poland, Netherlands, Sweden, Finland, Belgium, Norway and more. Our recruiters work from two delivery centers: one in Prague and one in Bucharest. The Student Worker position is based in Denmark, where you will work closely with the Talent Acquisition Lead for the region.

We are looking for a self-driven Student Worker to support our Talent Acquisition activities in Northern Europe, covering Denmark as the main country as well as countries like Poland, Netherlands, Sweden, Finland, Belgium, Norway and more. Our recruiters work from two delivery centers: one in Prague and one in Bucharest. The Student Worker position is based in Denmark, where you will work closely with the Talent Acquisition Lead for the region.

As Talent Acquisition Student Worker, you will be involved in a variety of operational, data and communication tasks, such as:

  • Preparing presentations, descriptions and keeping key information up to date.
  • Creating ad-hoc communication and information content for our intranet.
  • Collecting and analyzing data and preparing presentations to various stakeholders.
  • Carrying out various administrative and coordination tasks related to our suppliers.
  • Supporting the Talent Acquisition Lead with any other unforeseen administrative tasks.

Depending on your field of study, interests, and skills, you may also have the opportunity to participate in other relevant tasks and projects.

What you need to make a difference
Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. We are looking for someone who is currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program in Denmark within human resources, communications, marketing, or a similar field. Please attach your transcript from your university as well as your CV.

To be successful in this role, you need/are:

  • Advanced MS Office skills (especially Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint).
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • A structured and analytical approach to your work.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Beware, we are looking for a student worker who is able to come into the office in Vejle at least 1 time a week.

Most importantly, you challenge yourself and your colleagues to achieve the best results. You have a high professional competency, and you have a desire to develop your skills. You have good collaboration skills, and you can manage to act in different cultural contexts. To thrive in this position, you must have a strong result- and customer-oriented approach.
