BESTSELLER is seeking a passionate and motivated frontend developer with a strong focus on teamwork and technical expertise. As a member of our team, you will work on delivering meaningful products and solutions for our wholesale business, with a strong understanding of Javascript, React and how to use JS. libraries.
YOUR TEAM & JOB
You will be joining a team of 12 colleagues working across BESTSELLER’s entire wholesale business, focusing on taking advantage of digital solutions that can increase effectiveness across all our brands and markets. We focus on delivering value to our stakeholders with a pragmatic approach.
As Frontend Developer, you'll be responsible for developing and producing frontend functionality for our digital solutions. You will actively participate in improving design and architectural agreements, ensuring efficient teamwork, and delivering high-quality code.
More specifically, your tasks include:
- assuring code aligned with code conventions for the solution, testing, optimizing, and maintaining standard elements, as well as estimating tasks
- collaborating and sparring regarding methods, frameworks, and approaches in general with the development team
- contributing positively by sparring with our wholesale customers and colleagues
- contributing to process and team improvements, communicating risks, and maintaining high standards of quality.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
- Extensive knowledge of HTML/(S)CSS, JavaScript, as well as a good understanding of React and TypeScript
- Being able to collaborate effectively with Git
- A good understanding of how to create responsive and accessible web applications
- Experience with best practices of creating maintainable code.
