Backend Developer

YOUR TEAM & JOB
You will be joining a team of 12 colleagues working across BESTSELLER’s entire wholesale business, focusing on taking advantage of digital solutions that can increase effectiveness across all our brands and markets. We focus on delivering value to our stakeholders with a pragmatic approach.

As Backend Developer in our team, your primary work assignments include:

• developing and producing backend functionality for our solutions
• assuring code aligned with code convention for the solution, doing code reviews, optimizing and maintaining standard elements, estimating tasks and testing
• collaborating and sparring regarding methods, frameworks, and approaches in general with the development team
• contributing positively by sparring with our wholesale customers and colleagues.

YOUR QUALIFCATIONS
Our team is looking for an experienced backend developer, but what really matters is that you:

• know how to build an application using cloud services
• know C#, .NET and ASP.NET, ASP.NET MVC, SQL and how to build an efficient backend with users across the world
• have a good understanding of the architectural pros and cons within your decisions
• know how to collaborate closely with frontend developers and software architects
• care about quality and developing solutions that makes a difference to our business.
