Role overview
Procurement Analytics Team gathers and integrates data, performs analysis, interprets results, and develops actionable insights and recommendations for use across the markets. Procurement Analytics members support Global Procurement in gathering and maintaining data. Team supports Leadership in understanding procurement performance, creates visibility and transparency across markets’ activities globally.
What you’ll be doing
- Owning the procurement analytics strategic agenda
- Managing Business Continuity while ensuring all activities and processes are completed and updated
- Driving transformation and standardization of the current processes as a part of continuous improvement
- Identification of process gaps & improvement opportunities
- Supporting the people side of change to achieve a required business outcome
- Communicating complex data processes, analyses, models, and stories to coworkers and Management
- Support in researching and providing relevant information on best practices on all areas of operational standards based on cross internal and external benchmarks.
- Handling implementation work and determine nature of support for users
What we’re looking for a person who:
- Has min. 5-6 years of professional experience (in SSC or BPO environment or in Procurement & Finance Processes)
- Has 2-3 years in an analytical role;
- Speaks English (advanced); additional languages are an asset
- Is meeting deadlines and goals while managing multiple projects, accepting new and ongoing initiatives, and proposing solutions to gain desired outcomes
- Has a Bachelor’s Degree in economics, computer science, engineering or mathematics
- Demonstrates understanding of analytical tools (incl. Excel, Power Query, Power BI)
- Is familiar with IT systems (SAP, Ariba) will be an asset, Sievo or other data base
- Has a willingness to learn and develop in an international surrounding
