Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated Junior Behavioural Designer to join our dynamic team. As a Junior Behavioural Designer at GXN, you will collaborate closely with our interdisciplinary teams to apply behavioural science insights to our design processes. This role requires a blend of strong graphical skills, a background in design, and an understanding of behavioural science principles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilise behavioural science methodologies to inform and enhance design strategies.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and behavioural analysis.
- Create compelling visual presentations and design prototypes.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and researchers to integrate behavioural insights into design solutions.
- Adapt design strategies for diverse markets, including European and APAC regions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Behavioural Science, Psychology, Design, or a related field.
- Proven experience (internship or professional) applying behavioural science in a design context.
- Strong graphical skills and proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite and Rhino).
- Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working in both European and APAC markets is advantageous.
- Passion for sustainability and a commitment to innovative design solutions.
