Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated Junior Behavioural Designer to join our dynamic team. As a Junior Behavioural Designer at GXN, you will collaborate closely with our interdisciplinary teams to apply behavioural science insights to our design processes. This role requires a blend of strong graphical skills, a background in design, and an understanding of behavioural science principles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilise behavioural science methodologies to inform and enhance design strategies.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and behavioural analysis.
• Create compelling visual presentations and design prototypes.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and researchers to integrate behavioural insights into design solutions.
• Adapt design strategies for diverse markets, including European and APAC regions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Behavioural Science, Psychology, Design, or a related field.
• Proven experience (internship or professional) applying behavioural science in a design context.
• Strong graphical skills and proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite and Rhino).
• Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working in both European and APAC markets is advantageous.
• Passion for sustainability and a commitment to innovative design solutions.
