About the job

You will be a part of the HRIS team at Global People & Culture. In this role, you will play a crucial role in driving the successful implementation and adoption of our Human Resource Information System. The HRIS Change Management Lead will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing change management strategies and activities.

In this role, you will closely collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition and a successful change management delivery that ultimately will help enhance overall end-user adoption.

Joining our HRIS team at Global People and Culture, your major responsibilities will be:

  • Lead the change management efforts for our digital P&C transformation initiative, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and global standards.
  • Foster collaboration and effective communication among cross-functional teams, including P&C, IT, and business stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute change management strategies and plans to drive adoption and minimize resistance to change.
  • Conduct impact assessments to understand the effect of digital transformations on people processes and roles and develop strategies to address any challenges.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop training programs and materials to equip employees with the skills and knowledge necessary for the digital transformation.
  • Provide guidance and support to project teams throughout the transformation journey, ensuring robust project oversight and alignment with project timelines and deliverables.
  • Develop and implement communication plans to keep stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the digital transformation process.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change management activities, identifying areas for improvement and making adjustments as needed.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in digital P&C transformations, bringing innovative ideas and recommendations to the team.

About you Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of P&C processes and systems, as well as their interdependencies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead change management efforts and drive successful adoption of new technologies.
  • Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliverables.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to assess complex situations, identify potential risks, and develop effective solutions.
  • Proven track record of fostering collaboration and building strong relationships across cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in developing and delivering training programs and creating user-friendly documentation.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems (Oracle HCM) is a plus.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in change management, specifically within digital transformations or technology-driven initiatives.

Languages:

  • Proficient Level of English (spoken & written).
