Rewards Analyst

Falck is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Global People & Culture team as a Rewards Analyst. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work cross-functionally and develop your project management and analytical skills. About the job

Falck are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Rewards Analyst to join our team at Falck. As a Rewards Analyst, you will play a supportive role in designing, implementing, and managing Falck's global reward programs to attract, retain, and motivate our employees. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and be a key contributor to implement a global job architecture that aligns with Falck's strategic objectives.

Joining our Rewards team at Global People and Culture, your major responsibilities will be:

• Help develop and maintain policies and procedures related to reward programs, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct job evaluations and provide recommendations on job grading and compensation levels.
• Help prepare Falck for the increased focus and legislation on pay transparency.
• Support handling Falcks mobility cases.
• Partner with Finance and other stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely deliveries.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement a global job architecture that aligns with Falck's strategic objectives.
• Support the HRIS team in the global HR System roll-out with compensation and benefits related matters.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and trends in rewards.

About you Qualifications:

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide meaningful insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Interest in compensation and reward principles, including STIP and LTIP.
• Proficient in using Excel and PowerPoint.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.

Education and Experience:

• Master's degree in, Economics, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
• 0-3 years of experience as a Reward Analyst or in a similar role (entry-level candidates are also encouraged to apply).

Languages:

• Proficient Level of English (spoken & written)
