To support our growth targets and expansion into software solutions for Laboratory, we are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our Recurring Revenue team and take commercial responsibility for developing our global service and software business together with key stakeholders in our sales regions and HQ.

Reporting to the Head of Lab Recurring Revenue, you will join an international team that promotes team spirit, autonomy and collaboration to achieve positive results.

Note: Due to summer vacations we will start getting back to candidates at the beginning of August.

In this role, you will have a significant impact on the future trajectory of 3Shape by

• Supporting the global launch of a new SaaS product that will significantly improve the way Laboratories work with Dental Clinics
• Working in close collaboration with regional offices and Global Functions (Product Management, Marketing, Customer Success) to ensure effective implementation of initiatives across different markets
• Developing and implementing commercial strategies to achieve revenue and market share goals
• Improving the performance of the assigned product portfolio with a focus on acquisition, retention, and growth. This will involve diligent performance analysis and the definition and implementation of result-oriented action plans
• Partner with Global Customer Success and Regional offices to identify and promote initiatives that lift customer satisfaction at global level

Your qualifications probably fit this bill…

• +2 years of experience with commercial roles such as commercial enablement, marketing, commercial product management, or related roles
• +2 years of accumulated experience from similar positions where you have proven impact in a matrix organization, ideally with exposure to HQ/regional collaboration
• Comfortable with running multiple projects at the same time and shifting focus from strategic to operational level without losing sight of the end goal
• A natural affinity for taking initiative and problem solving
• Proficient with PowerPoint, Excel, and BI tools
