Join Coloplast in this newly established role within the Global Sustainability team, where you will drive our global ESG reporting and ensure successful implementation of the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD). Working closely with a diverse stakeholder group, you will be a key player in our ambitious sustainability journey where we aim high to balance the wellbeing of people and the planet.

The Global Sustainability team is anchored in Global Quality, Regulatory Affairs and Sustainability in our global HQ. We are responsible for driving our sustainability work forward in close collaboration with a diverse group of stakeholders across the company. Sustainability is high on our agenda, and we are investing up to DKK 250 million during the Strive25 strategy period to realise our sustainability ambitions.

Define and drive our ESG reporting direction
As our new Senior ESG Reporting Manager, you will be responsible for driving our ESG reporting. For us, reporting on ESG is an important demonstration of our ongoing commitment to running a responsible company with high ambitions for reducing our environmental footprint. In this role, you will uphold our values of listening and responding to our stakeholders through high-quality reporting on environmental, social and governance topics.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Driving CSRD implementation across Coloplast with key focus on qualitative disclosure requirements in close collaboration with Group Finance, senior management and other stakeholders.
• Driving Coloplast’s CSRD-aligned annual ESG disclosure as part of the Annual Report in close collaboration with Group Finance, Investor Relations, subject-matter experts and data owners.
• Aligning with third-party auditors to ensure continued compliance with relevant regulation and commitments.
• Supporting regular review and updates of double materiality assessment in close collaboration with Group Finance, senior management and other stakeholders.
• Maintaining global policies and action plans in close collaboration with subject matter experts across the company.
• Managing relevant ESG ratings and questionnaires, including data submission and analysis to improve scores and rankings.
• Support Group Finance with subject matter expertise on relevant sustainability topics related to EU Taxonomy reporting.
• Continuously improving our ESG reporting practices by leveraging insights into trends and best practices among peers, legislators and experts

As an ideal candidate, you:

• Come with 5+ years of experience working with project management within sustainability, reporting, strategy or compliance in an international setting.
• Have a relevant master’s degree within the field of business administration, business strategy, sustainability management or equivalent.
• Bring in-depth knowledge of the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive, EU Taxonomy and various ESG rating methodologies.
• Are a strong project manager with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage cross-functional stakeholder needs.
• Have exceptional English writing skills.
