To strengthen our leadership team and help set the direction of the future of our environmental area, we are looking for a Vice President to join our team. In Environment we are 140 team members working alongside our customers on some of Denmark's most significant projects within the environmental area. We cover a broad range of disciplines within the environmental area – among these are Acoustics, HSE, soil & sediments, resources & waste, groundwater and LCA.

Your key responsibilities will be:

• To lead and role model according to COWI's leadership values,
• Provide sparring and performance management for technical directors and Heads of Disciplines in your area,
• Ensuring optimal resource management in your department and with other executing units and our distributed work centres,
• Driving employee engagement and encouraging a high-performance, diverse and inclusive culture,
• Responsible for solving technical challenges within your specialist area support solving technical challenges in other areas.

• Experience working within the environmental area
• In-depth knowledge on procedures and process in environmental consultancy
• Experience within the field of contaminated soil
