What’s behind the title?
As our new team member, you will champion user-centricity and facilitate the integration of this mindset across the People & Organisation (P&O) Digital Delivery Program's agile teams. You will organize a data-driven approach to UX value creation by incorporating tools that aid in gathering and analyzing behavioral data (e.g., Adobe Analytics) within product delivery teams.

Additionally, you will drive the enhancement, and implementation of a design guide that improves cross-system workflows for end-users and benefits our designers, architects, and developers. Your role will involve bridging the gap between UX designers and developers operationally and strategically, leveraging your expertise in UI design and digital product development.

Competency on our radar

• A master’s degree in digital design, Business IT, or a related discipline
• A proved data driven UX approach and experience with analytics tools like Adobe Analytics or similar
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in executing UI/UX projects, preferably within larger organizations
• Experience with developing design systems and implementing them in close collaboration with developers
• Proficiency with Figma, Maze, or similar design tools

On a personal level you are an excellent communicator and able to engage with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Besides this, you have a strong project manager attitude, delivering on time, within agreed scope and with high quality. You are passionate about driving the design focus into digital and IT, about agile ways of working and eager to deliver value with your unique skillset. Since teamwork is essential for us, we expect you to be a team player who excels in a busy environment with a high degree of empowerment, but comfortable with working independently as well.

Department overview
You will be working in a team called DD&IT Digital Products & Software Engineering (DP&SE), within a department called DP&SE Design HUB. This is a newly established area where all designers in DD&IT are now unified, you will report to the head of Research and UX Design Domains - Helle Lønroth (HLOT).

You'll become part of a vibrant team of UX Designers in DD&IT, gaining access to a community of practice with fellow designers, allowing the chance to explore professional development opportunities. Your daily responsibilities will involve close collaboration with the People & Organisation (P&O) Digital Delivery program. You will report to the head of the Design Team in DD&IT
