The position
As a Senior Manager for Projects and Site Support in Local Manufacturing (LM) you will be responsible for setting the direction for Projects and Site Support, managing the department while providing leadership and coaching to ensure your teams abilities align with future needs.

Other responsibilities will be focused on:

• Coaching of project managers and manufacturing professionals

• Setting direction for the department by translating overall strategies into plans, target and initiatives and follow-up on performance

• Implementing to Novo Nordisk way, policies, and other commitments

• Ensuring alignment within site support, process mapping and Quality Management Review

• Maintaining lighthouse for project management

Qualifications
You will be a great candidate because you have:

• Experience within pharma manufacturing processes

• A BSc or MSc in Engineering or Business Administration or any other related field

• At least, 2 years of managerial experience

• Experience navigating a complex stakeholder landscape and driving change management

• Knowledge navigating complex projects across a large area

• Professional proficiency in English

You have the ability for seeing the bigger picture and able to keep the eye on the ball in collaboration with stakeholders.

About the department
LM is part of Novo Nordisk’s Product Supply organisation, and our primary role is the establishment and operation of manufacturing sites in countries where local presence is required to obtain market access. We play a vital part in bringing product to patients worldwide, by ensuring an efficient supply chain both at local sites.

You will join our Business Support department within Local Manufacturing.
