The position
In the role of Local Flow Coordinator, you will serve as a central figure and primary contact for essential stakeholders, with a focus on streamlining processes in collaboration with onsite Production and Global Business Services (GBS) Planners. Your responsibilities will include ensuring optimal production conditions to promote plan adherence, providing on-site data delivery assistance, and collaborating with multiple stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure timely delivery. You will act as a liaison and troubleshooter between the site and GBS, supporting decision-making processes.

Your main tasks will be:
• Close collaboration with GBS and production, receiving plan and communicating plan to stakeholders for effective, timely and accurate execution.
• Follow up on execution, supporting the supply chain
• Optimize existing procedures.
• Create orders in MES (Manufacturing Execution Solutions) system.
• Support site with problem solving relevant within the area.

As part of your responsibilities, you will need to ensure that orders are released promptly and provide stakeholders with the required data and reports.

Qualifications
We're seeking candidates who fulfil the following prerequisites:

• A minimum of three years of experience in Supply Chain, preferably in a highly regulated industry such as pharmaceuticals, supported by GMP/GxP
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to establish relationships with stakeholders at all levels are essential
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting
• Fluency in spoken and written English is mandatory, and proficiency in Danish is an advantage
• Familiarity with LEAN principles and an understanding of supply chain operations would be advantageous

As an individual, you must be able to handle changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of support for colleagues across the organization. This requires the ability to remain calm under pressure, prioritize tasks effectively, and communicate clearly and efficiently with team members. In addition, you should have a proactive and initiative-driven mindset, taking the lead and driving progress. This means being able to identify areas for improvement, proposing solutions, and implementing changes to enhance efficiency and productivity. You should be able to work independently and take ownership of your work, while also collaborating effectively with others to achieve common goals.

About the department
The Finished Product Manufacturing team in Kalundborg is responsible for assembling and packing products on fully automated production lines, supporting patients with Diabetes and Obesity. As a member of the FPM DK-1 Supply Chain Operations department, you will collaborate closely with other departments and stakeholders to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality medications to patients worldwide.

Our team comprises 9 highly motivated professionals, including Local Flow Coordinators, Local Material Coordinator, MD responsible, and Supply Chain Analysts, who are dedicated to contributing to the area and business, ultimately serving our patients in need of our medicine. We are committed to continuous improvement and work closely with stakeholders from within the Supply Chain organization, production, and global manufacturing facilities.

This is a site-based position, with the option of working from home for up to two days per week, subject to team alignment on a weekly basis.
