The position
The Project Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the Project Vice President and project teams to ensure an effective delivery of the project portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating cross-organizational activities and ensuring compliance with business processes.

Your main tasks will be:

• Support the PVP and project teams to ensure efficient delivery of the project portfolio, including monthly reporting on key deliverables, milestones, and risks.
• Coordinate cross-organizational activities and ensure compliance with business processes.
• Manage the finance-related aspects, including overseeing the budgeting process and monitoring actual project costs.
• Facilitate communication by organizing core team meetings, preparing agendas, recording minutes, and ensuring follow-up on action items.
• Assist in the onboarding of new project team members and maintain updates on budget-related activities.

The Project Coordinator will also be responsible for communication with internal stakeholders and external partners. They will work closely with the project teams to ensure that all stakeholders are kept informed of project progress and any issues that arise.

Overall, the Project Coordinator will be a key member of the team, working closely with all stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of projects and compliance with business processes. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and coordination skills, as well as experience in project management and budgeting.

Qualifications
We're seeking candidates who fulfil the following prerequisites:
• At least two years’ experience from the pharmaceutical industry, preferably Novo Nordisk
• At least two years’ experience working in large and/or complex projects
• At least two years’ experience with financial budgeting and project planning
• IT proficiency and skilled within standard NN software
• Proficiency in English

As a person, you have a high-quality mindset and take pride in delivering on your deadlines. You work well independently, although are also be motivated to cooperate with colleagues and stakeholder across the functions and departments.
With structured approach to tasks, you maintain an overview - even in a changing environment where priorities can change quickly. Personal drive, energy and a positive attitude are key to thrive in this role.

About the department
The Diabetes project area is anchored in Clinical Development & Project Leadership under the Development organisation. We are responsible for an exciting pipeline of clinical development programs targeting people living with type 1 and type 2 diabetes and our trial activities range from phase 1 to phase 4 – including Real-World Evidence (RWE) activities, virtual and decentralised trials, and non-interventional studies. We collaborate closely across many skill areas and together we all contribute with our high level of expertise. In Diabetes, you will be part of a high performing culture with focus on patient needs, science, cross-functional collaboration, and personal development. Currently, we are a team of approx. 90 colleagues located primarily at our site in Søborg.
