Want to put in a good word for renewable energy? Better Energy is looking for a content focused Digital Production Manager to join Group Communications.

As a Digital Production Manager, you will be responsible for contributing to and executing content strategies, managing content creation and distribution, producing and optimising content that will impact the digital costumer experience and stakeholder engagement.

Our stakeholders are multiple. Our customers are companies looking to contribute to the green transition by switching to green energy. In Group Communications, we are responsible for the global channels, templates and standards that support Better Energy’s presence and interactions in relevant contexts.

We are looking for a creative, yet structured MarCom specialist who appreciates the combination of project management, content management and hands-on productions. Someone who is keen to learn and optimise together with colleagues, and wants to be a part of a department that works closely together to position Better Energy across markets as we scale the production of renewable energy.

How you will make a difference in Better Energy

  • Co-develop content strategies to support impact objectives and must win battles
  • Work closely with visual designers, content contributors and developers to ensure timely and effective productions and publishing
  • Scope, coordinate and manage digital content production to be aligned with brand and content strategy as well as ready and live in time – from SEO and copy for website to graphics and videos for social media
  • Produce, review and publish content in relevant formats, e.g. social media posts, text or rich content for web, video
  • Test and quality control content and functionality in live digital content elements
  • Analyse, report and act on data, insights and performance indicators to optimise impact

So, who are we looking for?

  • Relevant educational background within communications, marketing and branding
  • +3 years of experience from agency or inhouse marcom team
  • Strategic, structured and analytical approach to planning, producing and managing digital content for B2B
  • Hands-on experience with content management in CMS and tools supporting social media
  • Knows about B2B content marketing and campaign management
  • Understands and utilises digital trends, technology and touchpoints
  • An eye for details in deliverables – and ways of optimising content and impact
  • Proficiency in English, whether briefing, producing or proof reading

You will refer to Senior Director of Corporate Communications, Birgitte Raben. Group Communications is based in Copenhagen but working closely with communications specialists and managers in our markets.
