ABOUT THE JOB
As a Student Assistant within the Extend Unit, you will become part of our committed and dedicated loyalty team, and be reporting to IMPACT's Senior Strategic Consultant. Together with the team and colleagues, you will be giving the opportunity to put your mark on our journey within the area of creating Customer Loyalty which we’re seeing a lot of traction within.

In addition, you will have various daily assignments covering areas such as

  • Hands-on tasks in regard to loyalty design & concepting
  • Customer Journey mappings & schematics
  • Outline 1-1 channel flows and activities
  • Assisting with data collection and insights
  • Supporting with workshops and presentations
  • General market research within the area
  • Bringing your existing knowledge from your education into practice!

We offer a combination of elevating your consultancy skillset, especially within the field of Loyalty as well as being part of exciting projects and customers. Obviously, with a large degree of freedom under responsibility. That being both in terms of supporting and helping with design and concepts (such as customer clubs, sign-up tactics, etc.) as well as understanding how loyalty tech can support that. We’ll ensure focus on professional development, and great sparring from ambitious and skilled colleagues in both a professional and fun social work environment – cause, of course, we also have fun. Hence, you at IMPACT will be part of a young and social workplace with cool staff events and Friday bars.

YOUR PROFILE

As Loyalty Assistant, you’ve some degree of experience within the area of Marketing or UX/Design, for instance from prior student jobs or from your current education. You are passionate about learning something new every day and are eager to bring your knowledge and skillset to the table. From your professionalism and knowledge, you have acquired initial knowledge on how to generate great loyalty experiences and/or concept development, naturally based on customers’ point-of-view.
Additionally, we expect you to

  • Being a student pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, UX, or a related field.
  • Being enthusiastic about marketing and customer experiences, and eager to learn more about the loyalty area within these.
  • Have excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
  • Have a creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas and bring them to life with the team.
  • Have some familiarity with analytical tools (GA4, etc.) which is highly appreciated and considered a valuable asset.
  • Have interest or basic skills in design tools which is highly appreciated and considered a valuable asset.
  • Be eager to learn more within the world of consultancy.
