Join us as our new Account Manager, Sales Scandinavia
We are looking for an Account Manager with excellent technical understanding for our Scandinavian Dairy Sales Team.

Welcome to the team
The Scandinavian Dairy Sales Team is part of the Central North Europe organization in Novonesis, supporting all dairy costumers in this area. You will be part of a dynamic team and coworker to 11 great and highly skilled colleagues with strong team spirit in an exciting international setting.

As a Sales Team our aim is to be innovative and drive sales excellence to secure the highest value for our customers. You will be based at our office in either Hørsholm or Århus, with the opportunity to work remotely and you will report to the Head of Dairy Sales Scandinavia & The Nederlands.

In this role you’ll make an impact by:

• Driving and preparing customer projects, conducting and evaluating in-field demonstrations at customers’ sites, recommending technical solutions and supporting with technical service
• Performing account planning in collaboration with the Business Manager
• Participating actively in internal trainings, Sales meetings as well as relevant industry forums
• Aligning with Commercial Development and Technical Service as required to meet local sales objectives.
• Building network and relationship expertise across geographies and cultures

You are expected to travel up to 50% of your working time, mainly within Scandinavia (DK, SE, NO, FI, IS).

To succeed you must hold:

• A Master’s degree, or similar, in science and technology
• Excellent technical understanding, preferably with 5-7 years of experience within the dairy sector, preferably at a dairy
• Strong commercial understanding and drive
• Ability to utilize product knowledge to determine the best action for customers
• A self-starting and self-motivating individual with a positive attitude and influence on the organization. Accurate and respectful of deadlines
• Disciplined and willing to learn and upgrade technical know-how in relevant applications
• Strong communication skills with ability to positively influence customers and other stakeholders
• You have excellent Danish and English Language skills, both spoken and written
