We're looking for an exceptional Senior PMO Manager to join our Regional Marketing team at VELUX.

In this pivotal role, you'll lead and manage key marketing projects and campaigns, driving them from conception to completion.

Your expertise in strategic planning, team leadership, and data-driven decision-making will ensure our marketing initiatives are executed flawlessly, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Annual Planning: Collaborate with the Senior Director of Marketing and Insight Director to spearhead the annual planning process.
• Project Management: Oversee cross-functional teams to execute marketing campaigns and strategic projects, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery.
• Strategic Development: Develop innovative marketing strategies and campaigns aligned with business goals and audience needs.
• Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize marketing analytics and KPIs to measure campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders to define project objectives, requirements, and success criteria.
• Regular Reporting: Provide updates, progress reports, and insights to senior management on project status and key metrics.
• Problem Solving: Proactively identify challenges, risks, and opportunities, implementing effective solutions.
• Team Leadership: Foster a collaborative team environment, coaching members, and promoting professional development.
• Industry Awareness: Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in marketing and project management.

Who we are looking for
The ideal candidate is a leader with a relevant degree, such as Marketing, Business Administration, and extensive experience in senior leadership roles.

You have several years of experience in marketing with a focus on project management and campaign execution. You are strong in strategic thinking and analytical skills to translate data into actionable strategies.

Excellent leadership and communication abilities are essential, as is a passion for sustainability and integrating environmental considerations into business practices.

You have experience with CRM systems, project management software, analytics tools, and digital marketing platforms.

You are passionate in mentoring and developing team members and have the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders and external partners.

You thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where upholding high ethical standards and integrity is crucial.
