Coop Trading represents Coop in Sweden, Denmark, Norway, and SOK in Finland and negotiate Nordic agreements and develop products for our Private Brands portfolio. The portfolio encompasses both food and daily non-food items within our private brands, Xtra, Coop, and Änglamark.

Key responsibilities:

  • Planning and managing operational projects with all internal and external stakeholders, including scheduling and follow-up in our systems
  • Ensuring effective and competent collaboration on our products with Coop Trading's internal and external stakeholders (suppliers, owners, buyers, design, etc.)
  • Coordinating and implementing supplier changes (new products and onboarding new suppliers) and updates related to harmonization and replacement of products during GTIN/EAN transitions
  • Coordinating packaging reprints
  • Gathering volume input for tenders on renegotiations
  • Contributing to ongoing improvements of Coop Trading's tools and sharing Best Practices

Qualifications:

  • You have a “one step ahead” and ambitious mindset with a desire to make a difference and challenge the status quo
  • You are structured and very detail-oriented, understanding the high importance of data discipline
  • You have a strong sense of responsibility and accountability for your work
  • You have solid English skills (knowledge of Nordic languages is a bonus)
  • It’s a plus if you have a short to medium long education such as logistics economist or business economist
  • You have project experience and thrive in coordination and planning
  • You are a team player and understand the value of collaboration
  • You are service-minded and attentive to your stakeholders
  • You find it natural to also ring your stakeholders when needed; not just e-mailing
  • You are an experienced user of the Office suite, with a general aptitude for IT systems

Place of work: Currently, our office is in Taastrup – however, we are moving to Vesterbro in January 2025. It is a requirement to be able to meet at the office every week; however, it is still possible to work from home a few days a week.
