The Position
As the Head of IO Data Foundation & Artificial Intelligence, you will define and lead the data and AI strategy in alignment with the company's overall objectives; manage a network and a small team of highly skilled data scientists, analysts, and AI specialists.

Moreover, you will:

• Oversee the establishment and maintenance of robust data governance frameworks.

• Lead the development and implementation of AI solutions that address key business challenges.

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive the adoption of data-driven decision-making.

• Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in AI, machine learning, and data analytics.

• Manage the budget for the data and AI department, ensuring resources are allocated effectively.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate has a strong desire for continuous learning and staying updated with emerging technologies; has a strategic thinking, leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. Moreover, you have the following requirements:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, computer science, data science, information science, or a related field.

• More than 7 years of data management and analytics experience, and proven people management experience

• Proven record of working with data & analytics teams and managing cross functional projects

• Experience working in a SAFe/Agile methodology.

• Experience with handling multiple stakeholders spread geographically with entrepreneurial and can do mindset
