The Position
The position is in the department of Digital Solutions for Regulated Assays, which consists of 11 highly skilled scientists and technicians. You will be working across NCAS (Non-Clinical and Clinical Assay Sciences) together with the task force (both scientists and technicians) who is driving automation of our bioanalytical assays and implementation of digitized processes. This includes maintenance/optimization of current LIMS systems, data processes and workflows between systems and potentially implementation and validation of a new LIMS system. You will join an area that is undergoing an exciting transformation and can look forward to a very interesting and challenging position in a scientifically strong environment.

Qualifications
To be successful in this position, you have:

  • Ideally extensive experience within bioanalytical assays, automation, data management and/or process optimisation
  • Preferably experience with dataflows as well as Watson LIMS or other LIMS systems used for bioanalytical work
  • A pro-active approach and ability to work in an agile environment
  • A ‘high level of quality’ mindset, as we work according to regulatory guidelines in GxP systems

On a personal level, you have excellent communication skills and are committed to constantly involve the end-user in your work. You are a dedicated team player with a supportive mindset, and you like to have fun at work.

We welcome candidates with diverse backgrounds, including lab technicians, business analysts, scientists, and others, who possess relevant experience, drive, and motivation to apply for this position.

About the Department
Our area Non-clinical and Clinical Assay Sciences (NCAS) is responsible for pre-clinical and clinical bioanalysis of new pharmaceutical drugs, including immunogenicity and biomarker analyses, and supports the entire drug product portfolio of Novo Nordisk. NCAS consists of seven departments with scientists at different levels, automation/digitalization specialists and lab technicians. We have a strong collaborative atmosphere and share laboratory facilities that house a range of different state-of-the art techniques, e.g. different ligand-binding assays such as ELISA, MSD and AlphaLISA, RIA, Gyrolab, SPR as well as cell-based and LCMS assays. NCAS is a GLP/GCP regulated area and is currently undergoing a transformation towards a more digitized and automated laboratory involving all seven departments. Our area is part of the research organization, and we are located in Måløv.
