The position
As SVP QMS Partner & Area Process Manager you will be lead, drive and oversee the overall QMS agenda and progression across the SVP area and beyond. You will leverage our QMS capabilities to support our strategic business aspirations and impact key stakeholders.

You will be responsible for further developing and driving the overall QMS group across CMC, and at the same time be responsible for the process management in CMC. In close collaboration with diverse stakeholders, including line of business representatives, you will be responsible for identifying and developing best practice. Furthermore, you will be responsible for developing and training local process managers to enhance process management competencies throughout the organisation.
Your key responsibilities include:

  • Set direction and drive the CMC QMS partner group.
  • Serve as a strong sparring partner for line of business within the QMS setup.
  • Lead the identification and scoping of high potential improvement projects across CMC.
  • Act as CMC area process manager of process management.
  • Represent CMC in the corporate process group of process management.
  • Train new area process managers in CMC.

Finally, you will represent CMC in the corporate process landscape, which require a strategic mindset, solid experience in driving operational excellence, and strong stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications
To succeed in this role, we imagine you hold a MSc degree in e.g., engineering, business or have another relevant background combined with:

  • +5 years of experience with QMS, process management and/or governance responsibilities in a multidisciplinary environment.
  • +5 years of experience within the field of working systematically with quality management.
  • Excel in translating strategy into actionable plans and ensure stakeholder alignment.
  • Experience with change management and communication processes in large and complex organisations.
  • Experience with GxP environments including manufacturing and/or R&D environments.
  • Formal or informal leadership experience is an advantage in the position

As a person, you possess exceptional communication, facilitation and visualisation skills, enabling you to convey messages with clarity and confidence. You are pro-active and feel comfortable working in an empowered environment and navigating in a complex stakeholder landscape.

Your talent for fostering collaboration and promoting active engagement among colleagues and stakeholders is a testament to your excellent cooperation skills. It is expected that you take strategic initiatives and can drive these into effectively implemented actions that develop and change the business.

About the department
As part of the Novo Nordisk PSQIT organisation, CMC Development & Scaling makes a real difference for patients with chronic diseases across the world. We develop, manufacture and distribute drug candidates for clinical trials and have a strong culture with a “can do” mindset.

As SVP QMS partner & Area Process Manager, you will be part of CMC Development Executive Office which cover SVP level support across strategy, communication, finance and health & safety. Our objective is to deliver strategic management support and to drive cross functional projects and tasks across CMC Development & Scaling. We are looking for an ambitious colleague with an open and curious mind-set.
