In our team, you’ll have the opportunity to put your sharp skills to use! Come and join us as Project Manager, in supporting operations across the network in Product Supply - Aseptic manufacturing.
The position
As our new Technical Project Manager, you will be welcomed into a team of 7 colleagues within the Aseptic Manufacturing Engineering (AME) Overhauling Team. Your responsibility will be focussed around leading our strategic supplier governance as well as planning and preparing on-site deployments of our expert technicians.
Your responsibilities will be:
• Heading up the monthly governance structure with our key supplier
• Facilitate between sites and the supplier to ensure good collaboration.
• Support sites with technical challenges and systematic problem solving.
• Track and evaluate on supplier performance and drive continuous improvement activities.
• Align with internal and external stakeholders for shutdown planning and preparation.
• Support on-site during shutdown to ensure right focus and smooth execution.
You will work together with many people in the network and can expect to collaborate with many different stakeholders at different levels across the organisation. As this position has a global scope collaborating with the sites in US, Brazil, China and France, the position requires to travel for around 60-80 days yearly.
Qualifications
• An academic degree within mechanical engineering or similar, plus a minimum of two years of project management experience.
• You must have some technical understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and the manufacturing processes.
• Extremely good facilitation & moderation skills.
• Ideally you have experience from working in a highly regulated industry. Experience in working with GxP is considered a plus.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
As a person, you have a strong focus on quality and are a problem solver by nature. You are used to and comfortable with handling changing plans by bringing in new structure. You are someone that follows-through and creates engagement of others in your activities. You believe that there are always two sides to be heard in a disagreement. Moreover, you are able to use excellent communication skills to build relations globally, and you have the Ability to work cross-functional and to understand the “bigger picture”.
About the Team & Department
Our AME Overhauling team is in the Product Supply – Aseptic Manufacturing business area. In partnership with our sites, we are responsible for planning, preparing, and executing overhauls on our filling lines as well as ramping them up post-shutdown. Furthermore, we are leading our strategic supplier network operationally.
