Project Manager IT/Facility/HR

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager who is able to work on different types of projects – you will work with infrastructure projects for our new and existing customers, but there might also be facility projects and HR projects for you. If you have communication and organization skills, are ready to develop yourself constantly and are not afraid of the responsibility for entrusted projects, you may be the one we are looking for.

As our new Project Manager, you will play a vital part both in relation to our customers and internally in Aeven. You will have experience with the IT outsourcing business, and we expect you to have a personality and experiences which enables you to be capable of handling your stakeholders and influence central decision makers. This will give you the possibility of adding to your own success in Aeven.

You will have a central role in the Project Management team in Prague. Through your presence and influence you contribute to motivate and develop the project participants and the organization as a whole.

Your Responsibilities:

• Contribute with Project Management expertise in the sales phase
• Plan and execute on all levels: Overall, milestone and detailed planning
• Establish project scope and overview, create structure and define and manage risk and issues
• Manage stakeholders (Communicate and report on all relevant levels at the customer and internally at Aeven including in the Steering Committees)
• Ensure a high level of Customer Satisfaction
• Ensure projects are delivered according to the business cases including invoicing
• Run the projects according to Aeven project model based on PMI and Prince2
• Contribute to the development of the Project Management discipline and community in Aeven
  

Qualifications and Experience:
You have an interest in the IT outsourcing business and have a natural strive to understand the Customers value chain in order to deliver to Customer satisfaction.

• You have a strong Project Management tool-box
• 5+ years of project management experience within IT, OCM, and/or facility
• You have a strong customer focus
• You relate well to people, possess the necessary empathy and understand how to motivate your team
• You can work independently with a large personal drive while also securing project results through personal leadership
• Knowledge and experience in using all major Project Management disciplines with possible knowledge of Prince2 and/or PMI-Standard. Certification is not a requirement, but we urge our PMs to be certified within a short time frame.

You have minimum a Bachelor´s degree and you are fluent in English, written and oral.
