About the job
The overall mission of the team is to provide strategic planning and executive support to promote leadership excellence and organization growth. Specifically, the team’s purpose is twofold:

    • Lead the Transformation: Accelerate and sustain TDC NET’s transition into a leading customer-centric green tech company.
    • Empower Leadership: Provide the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) and Board of Directors (BoD) with comprehensive, data-driven insights for strategic and informed decision-making.
    Key Responsibilities:
    • Ensure the seamless execution of BoD, ELT, and other senior leadership meetings and events.
    • Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for senior leadership.
    • Develop and implement a sustainable strategic planning process to support the annual prioritization of change investments across TDC NET.
    • Collaborate with different business units to align their strategic plans with TDC NET's overall strategy.
    • Establish and monitor strategic goals. Define a robust set of KPIs to track progress against strategic objectives.
    • Adjust strategies based on performance data and feedback.
    • Monitor external and internal factors that could impact the annual plan.

    First 3-Months Goals:

    • Gain a thorough understanding of TDC NET's mission, values, culture, and organizational structure.
    • Build significant collaboration and rapport with key stakeholders.
    • Define the first version of the strategic planning process and tool, including an annual prioritization framework in close collaboration with selected stakeholders across TDC NET.
    • Gain required understanding of the annual wheel & process of the different preparations required for the BoD, ELT and other senior leadership forums.
    • Proactively identify and address any challenges or obstacles to deliverables.
    • Connect work with other STS teams to ensure synergies and facilitate knowledge sharing.

    First 6-12 Months Goals:

    • Implement the first version of the corporate strategic planning process and tool incl. the annual prioritization framework.
    • Show adaptability and a willingness to learn from mistakes.
    • Work independently but in close collaboration with the rest of the team and required stakeholders.
    • Begin contributing to other STS teams’ projects and initiatives.

    About you
    Requirements:
    Must-Have Skills:

    • Strategic Thinking and Planning: +6 yrs experience developing and implementing effective strategic plans and processes.
    • Stakeholder Management: Proven experience in managing and collaborating with various stakeholders, especially senior leadership .
    • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Capacity to connect the dots, synthesize information, and develop innovative solutions.
    • Project Portfolio Management: +5 yrs experience in overseeing a portfolio of initiatives to ensure they align with strategic goals and deliver optimal value.
    • Executive Communication: Ability to distil information into clear and concise messaging and visually appealing presentations for an executive audience .
    • Cross-Cultural Experience: Effectiveness in working within a diverse, multicultural environment.
    • Fluency in English: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English is a prerequisite

    Additional Skills:

    • Financial Acumen and Digital Literacy: Understanding of financial principles and proficiency with digital tools.
    • Change Management and Resiliency: Experience in guiding organizational change initiatives and adapting to setbacks.
    • Adaptability and Curiosity: Flexibility to adjust strategies based on new information and a proactive approach to learning.
    • Relationship Building and Critical Thinking: Good interpersonal skills to build effective relationships and the ability to think clearly and logically.
    • Structured and Pragmatic Approach: Well-organized and methodical in planning and implementing tasks with practical problem-solving skills.

The team's mission is to lead TDC NET's transformation into a leading customer-centric green tech company and to empower the ELT and BoD with comprehensive, data-driven insights for strategic decision-making. Our biggest customers and collaborators include the CEO, ELT, and the rest of the STS team.
