Feasibility & Contract Manager for Production IT - Aarhus

As part of our strategic growth plans, we are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Feasibility & Contract Manager for a newly established position to join our dynamic Dairy Agile Release Train (ART) as part of Arla IT at our office in Aarhus, Denmark.

You will join the part of the Dairy ART that handles all incoming project requests from their initial idea until handover to the project manager. In this process, the team investigate the suggested solution from an IT aspect, improve the IT design to make sure this is future proof and create the right estimate and timeline for that project.

How you will make an impact
In this new role as Feasibility & Contract Manager within our Dairy ART, you will play a vital role in securing Arla’s contractual obligations with our suppliers. You will be the contract expert in the team securing great collaboration with other colleagues in Dairy IT, Legal and our Engineering & Technology (E&T) department but also with external stakeholders and suppliers.

Moreover, your main responsibilities include:

• Take an active part in coaching and developing the Feasibility team to deliver to their best with the support from the Lead Feasibility Expert.
• To negotiate the production IT requirements in the CAPEX contracts with our suppliers and escalate deviation with the right stakeholders in Arla.
• To build strong partnerships with our E&T, Procurement and Legal departments.
• You will join an existing CAPEX Council consisting of colleagues from Legal, Procurement and E&T with the aim of improving ways of working regarding the CAPEX contract templates and processes.
• Secure thorough handover of feasibility and contracts to our project manager team that will execute the project.
• Our new Feasibility & Contract Manager will work closely with our procurement team to negotiate the contracts with our suppliers and make sure to cover all needed aspects in a contract – e.g. legal terms, Arla Code of Conduct, NDA and SLA.

With your strong interest in legal topics, ability to collaborate widely, and eagerness to continuously improve, you have the potential to excel in this role. Additionally, since the position is new, you will have the opportunity to contribute to and shape the ways of working.

What will make you successful
To succeed in this role, we imagine that you have:

• Relevant degree and 2+ years of experience in a similar position or having experience with contracts with focus on legal terms
• Preferably, you also have proven experience working with contracts within Production IT so that you also have a good understanding of the complexity in these IT solutions.
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across different levels of the organization.
• Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to handle complex contract negotiations and manage supplier relationships effectively and pragmatic.
• An interest in legal topics and ready to keep up to date with new legislation and interpretation of this.
