As Product Coordinator in Arla Denmark, you will be the solid rock who ensures that all processes around products run smoothly to the satisfaction of our clients and internal stakeholders. In return, this job will provide you with a unique opportunity to gain solid business understanding, understanding of Arla’s processes and Ways of Working, and build a strong network across Arla’s large matrix organization.

How you will make an impact
Arla Denmark has strong growth ambitions and is constantly optimizing the product platforms in order to satisfy the market needs. The Product Management team is looking for a new team member to join our Product Coordinators in assisting our Product Managers in delivering the Category Strategies.

As local Product Coordinator, you will be working with some of the strongest Milk, Yoghurt, Cheese and Milk Based Beverage brands in Denmark.

You will play a vital part in product management by being responsible for correct product data in our local data systems towards customers and on packaging.

As Product Coordinator, you will have a unique chance to influence the way we work and apply your determined and professional attitude. Your main focus will be to coordinate various product and packaging related activities in close cooperation with the Product Managers:

• Securing Master data of new and current item numbers in various systems
• Secure approval of artwork across our legislative, nutritional and relevant guidelines
• Fill out forms related to packing and product information on existing product assortment
• Handling of requests regarding existing and new Privat Label products
• Handling of requests from internal stakeholders across the business (e.g. Sales, Global Product Management, Innovation, Brand Managers)

You are structured, detail-oriented and possess great coordination skills. You are eager to understand the business and create a network, both locally and globally in Arla.

Besides this, you:

• Are eager to learn our different data systems and ways of working

• Bring solid, all-round office skills, preferably developed through working within product management or Master data in a similar company
• Bring a relevant education, e.g. clerical training or a bachelor’s degree within administration
• You speak and write English fluently. Fluent Danish would be a strong advantage for this position
