About the job

In this role, you will be key in helping us shape Falck fit for the future.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Lead and manage the entire lifecycle survey process, including designing surveys, collecting, and analysing data, and generating actionable insights.
  • Conduct data analyses using various analytical tools to identify patterns and trends.
  • Create and deliver comprehensive reports to stakeholders, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
  • Turn data into insights analysing various employee data sources (listening opportunities) using advanced analytical tools to uncover actionable insights and trends.
  • Collaborate across People & Culture to drive actions and initiatives based on survey insights, partnering with cross-functional teams to implement changes that positively impact employee experience and engagement.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant reporting, policies and regulations regarding data collection and analysis.
  • Be the expert and provide guidance and support to employees and managers on survey participation, addressing any questions or concerns that may arise.
  • Conduct training sessions to educate employees on the purpose and importance of surveys and their role in driving positive change.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices related to lifecycle surveys and employee engagement.

Besides these key offerings, you will also be exposed to and part of deliveries within Learning & Development, Talent & Acquisition, Diversity & Inclusion, and Leadership development.

We do not expect you to know it all, but we expect you to be curious and eager to learn from senior colleagues within tons of experience within people development.

About you We are looking for a self-driven, structured, and fast-learning consultant with a ‘yes-can-do’ attitude to join our team. In addition to this, we expect that you have:

  • Passion for employee engagement and for creating positive employee experiences.
  • Proven experience from working with employee survey or employee listening strategies, preferably from a large or international company.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Good project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Besides the above we expect you to be:

  • Pragmatic, solution-oriented focus on business value.
  • Good at connecting and building relationships.
  • Fluent in English and preferable a Scandinavian language

About us

The Leadership and Organisational Development team is a small, devoted team of ten highly experienced colleagues. Our tasks range from concept development, implementation, training and follow-up on global strategic people programmes.

Our areas of responsibility include Global Talent Acquisition and Onboarding, Global leadership programme, Global performance and development dialogues, Diversity & Inclusion, Global Engagement programme and much more.
