Pricing & Tender Specialist

Blue Water EP&P China is looking for a candidate to take the position of Pricing & Tender Specialist. This position is locate in Beijing Office and support daily pricing and project tendering internally and externally.

Being a key role to interface with carriers/subcontractors/ clients, it requires you to fully understand the demand of clients and dig out the best solutions to our clients. Our ultimate goal is to win clients/business to BWS with the excellent solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Daily pricing /tender support ,covering various transport modes and various shipments
• Analyze RFQ/RFI/RFP opportunities and tender requirements.
• Communicate with Commercial and Product owners to define pricing strategies.
• Clarify unclear points with related parties.
• Coordinate with product and different countries to prepare for pricing proposal and solutions.
• Submit commercial /technical proposals within given deadline
• Conduct analysis and report RFQ results
• Collate price comparison and costing summary.
• To file RFQ records
• Evaluate agent’s proposal and negotiate the competitive cost.
• Fulfil other tasks assigned by superior

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above,
• Minimum 5 year’s relevant experience in freight forwarding, preferably in project industry
• Strong interpersonal, communication, multi-tasking skills
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Good computer skills for Microsoft office.
• Fluent spoken and written English skills.
• Team player
• Able to work under pressure
