As a Sales Coordinator, you will be an integral part of our successful Norwegian and global sales organization. Your role will require proficiency in Norwegian and English, with additional language skills being a plus. Based in our office in Valby, Copenhagen, Denmark, you will be joining a team of passionate professionals who provide innovative global gifting solutions to our clients, including brands such as H&M, Amazon, Best Western, and Foot Locker.

Morten D. About the job
You will report to the Sales Support Manager, and work with your colleagues to support the Sales Team in achieving growth and strengthen the market position within Norway. Additionally, you will have a key role in:

  • Successfully achieve GoGift goals and strategy within the Sales Coordinator role
  • Daily handle all incoming orders and other requests from Norwegian B2B customers
  • Maintaining a top-notch service for our Norwegian B2B customers through professional communication and correspondence
  • Assisting the Sales Team with sales-related tasks like creating Customization layouts, quotes or other special tasks that support the Sales Team in their sales work
  • Help onboarding new B2B customers, identify new client opportunities and business possibilities in collaboration with the Sales Team

  • You enjoy giving top-notch service to Norwegian speaking B2B customers
  • You are analytical, problem-solving, detail-oriented and able to multitask
  • You get motivated by working in a thriving Sales Environment
  • You have a strong work ethic and are dedicated to achieving your goals
  • You like to communicate in a professional way, and it is easy for you to find the words in both the spoken and written language
  • You are easy-going person, a Team-player and see yourself as a person who is fun to be around

In addition to these qualities, you're fluent in Norwegian (both written and oral) and English. If able to speak other languages like Swedish or Danish, that will be a plus but is not required.
