ESG Strategy & Reporting Coordinator

We are seeking a passionate and experienced ESG Strategy & Reporting Coordinator to join our dynamic team and contribute to our sustainability journey.

ESG Reporting team is a fast-growing team under our Sustainability Department. It oversees and mandates the overall Sustainability strategy under the holistic lens of ESG and the sustainability reporting requirements and frameworks. It undertakes tasks related to internal and external reporting and communication regarding sustainability matters. It is collaborating with functions across the organization, such as Finance, Risk, Compliance, Procurement and People & Culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Quarterly Reporting: Manage the internal quarterly reporting on sustainability KPIs, ensuring accuracy and providing input for other management reports that include these KPIs.
  • KPI Review and Update: Continuously review and update sustainability KPIs, challenging their calculations and visualization in reports to ensure they meet our high standards.
  • Annual Report Development: Lead the development of ESG/sustainability content for the Annual Report, ensuring compliance with current requirements and contributing to a compelling narrative.
  • ESG Frameworks and Ratings: Project manage ESG frameworks and ratings, including CDP, TCFD, and Ecovadis, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
  • Legislation and Strategy Support: Support strategic decisions related to ESG reporting to meet upcoming legislation such as CSRD and EU Taxonomy, and collaborate with the Finance team to improve internal data and reporting procedures.

Other Tasks within Group Sustainability

  • Support the team with tasks related to strategy development and execution.
  • Contribute to other joint planning activities and initiatives within the Group Sustainability team.

Required Education, Experience, and Skills:

  • MSc degree in Sustainability, Accounting & Finance, Business, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience working with sustainability and reporting in an international organization.
  • Strong understanding of ESG data and experience with sustainability reporting.
  • Solid understanding of prominent sustainability regulations, particularly CSRD/ESRS and EU Taxonomy.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Proven ability to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Significant project management experience, including change management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to execute sustainability-related strategies and frameworks, with a track record of prioritizing and advancing multiple initiatives.
