Let’s talk about the role
We are looking for a graduate Cloud Specialist for our Cloud Security Operations Team to work within the Novo Nordisk’s Global Information Security (GIS) Department. You might not be a security specialist – but don’t worry – we will teach you all about security you need to know. As long as you are on top of everything to do with Cloud!

As a Cloud specialist you will be working with designing and implementing cloud security solutions that meet the needs of our organization. You will work closely with our engineering and security teams to ensure that our cloud infrastructure is secure.

Your responsibilities are going to be:

• Develop Cloud Security Operations strategy and working with business units to assess needed configurations and provide support for cloud initiatives including data analytics, IaaS, PaaS, FaaS, and CI / CD infrastructure
• Troubleshoot technical issues that may arise
• Monitor, analysis, and comprehension of reporting data is essential
• Configure, operations, and maintenance of various cloud security tooling
• Monitor tooling and logs for malicious events, conduct investigations and incident response actions

Which competencies to bring?

• Bachelor or master’s degree in engineering, cyber security, or computer related fields
• Knowledge of cloud, where AWS and Azure is preferred
• Interested or worked with security, where cloud security is preferred
• Understanding of technical capabilities of various cloud services and the best practices needed to protect them is a plus
• Willing to learn about the cloud and how to protect it
• As our corporate language is English, written and spoken English is required

The Global Information Security (GIS) Department is mandated to secure Novo Nordisk IT landscape. You will be employed in Global Security Operations that consists of teams in Denmark, USA and India. The activity level is high, and many major initiatives and projects are ongoing, making this an exciting place to work.
