If yes, then you may be our new Quality Assurance manager in the Copenhagen area.

The position
As a Manager in Quality at Novo Nordisk, you will have the following responsibilities:

• Lead, coach and motivate your team to deliver their best
• Stakeholder management across a complex stakeholder landscape
• Work with developing high support to leverage our QA business
• Lead the QA team for manufacturing development in API

Your leadership responsibility is to take the lead, make decisions, and focus on deliverables while developing your team

Qualifications
To be successful in this role you have:

• Master’s degree within natural science
• Experience as a leader minimum of 3 years
• Have strong skills to take the lead, make decisions, and focus on deliverables while developing your team
• Experience within Research and development or production of pharmaceuticals or QA
• Fluency in both Danish and English

About the department
Our department, API QA Operational- & Business Support, is in Kalundborg, Bagsværd and Gentofte. We consist of approximately 48 dedicated and highly talented employees. As the

manager of the team API QA Operational Support in Gentofte and Bagsværd you will have responsibility for several diverse stakeholders such as the API Manufacturing development quality assurance employees and more. In API QA Operational- & Business Support our primary purpose is to deliver high class Support to our stakeholders and co-develop both the API organization and QA. To be proactive sparrings partner for our stakeholders and support them in delivering medicine to our patients. We have a diverse stakeholder group and work across the Novo Nordisk organization, you need to try and have influence on our areas of expertise and improve the business. You will be a part of a diverse department that values the capable exchange of knowledge and experience, and you can look forward to entering an energetic and positive working environment, where networking and cooperation is key. The department is primarily located in Kalundborg, but your team will mainly be in Gentofte and Bagsværd.
