The position
As our new BPM Lead, you will play a critical role in leading and driving implementation of BPM tool, process improvements, operational efficiencies, and strategic initiatives within the finance department, while acting as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and support to finance team members and stakeholder.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Building and supporting the wider user base across finance of the BPM tool and capabilities

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to analyze current processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions that drive efficiency and effectiveness

• Utilizing BPM tools and methodologies to streamline financial operations, reduce costs, and enhance overall performance

• Driving continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring that processes align with industry best practices and compliance standards

• Overseeing development of process documentation, training materials, and standard operating procedures

• Measuring benefits of BPM tool, setting, and monitoring KPIs, and being accountable for quality of the process repository

Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you have relevant experience with a proven track record in building internal professional networks in an international setting, preferably in finance communities and/or in the process management domain, and you hold a relevant master’s degree.

Other success criteria are:

• Proven experience implementing and managing BPM tools (preferably SAP Signavio)

• Strong understanding of finance processes

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills

• Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation and from different cultures

• Full proficiency of English

As a person, you are curious, pro-active, high performing, business minded and interested to initiate and drive projects that will positively impact our finance infrastructure development. We expect you to have a flair for IT, a good sense of humor, high level of energy and drive to surprise us with your background and personality.

About the department
The Global Finance Master Data and Process Management team is the center of excellence for financial data and process infrastructure in Global Finance. We are creating the bridge between financial business needs and Novo Nordisk’s finance systems and digital solutions. The job is located in Novo Nordisk Headquarters in Bagsværd. We are very international team and collaborate closely with our colleagues in GBS India.

As a BPM Lead, you will be part of a group of five dedicated colleagues with a wealth of experience from a broad range of Finance fields from within and outside of Novo Nordisk with a common drive to propel our finance infrastructure and process management into the future and preparing our company for our next major finance system evolution.
