The Position
As a Process Supporter, you will join colleagues in our department Utility & Solvents provides support to Diabetes Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient's production departments within the areas: process optimisation, troubleshooting and daily operations.

The main tasks will be to:
• Contribute to continuous stable operations and quality in the production of marketed insulin and GLP-1 analogues.
• Work in our projects to support projects across M1 and projects in our own department.
• Teach new employees across our factory and over time be our representative in the process group for Clean utilities.

Qualifications
To be considered for this position, you should have:
• A master’s degree in natural science or a similar field.
• Experience with validation or qualification within production facilities.
• Experience in regulated production and a deep understanding of legislative and quality demands.
• Experience within the areas of GMP, Projects and LEAN will be considered an advantage.
• Professional proficiency in English and Danish.

On a personal level, you are data-oriented and have a methodical, structured approach to work tasks. In this role, having the ability to accommodate a large array of stakeholders needs holding the ground on what we know to be right and never compromise on quality or safety.

We will welcome a colleague who is ready to take on responsibility and convey knowledge and experience with a steady hand. From time to time, knowledge sharing will be needed in the production, projects or some other part of the organisation and having exceptional communication skills comes in handy when we need to explain complex problems to colleagues with different backgrounds.

Having the ability to build trusted relationships across a large organisation and to enjoy being the expert colleagues can count on for advice and sparring are key skills we like to build on this team.

About the department
M1 (API Manufacturing I) is the world’s largest insulin API facility and is one of the largest production sites in Novo Nordisk. Our department Utility & Solvents consist of around 80 employees who handle supplies of raw materials and solvents for the production. The department is organised in several teams including a support team which main responsibility is the various process and utility plants that supply the 4 production lines of the factory. We are a team of 12 colleagues with a scientific background.
