You will be:

  • The next Support Manager at Kanpla, helping shape how we deliver outstanding support to customers internationally.
  • Working closely with both our Customer Success managers and the product team, focusing on product optimization.
  • A key player in operations, both B2B and B2C through our support channels.

We believe you are:

  • Fluent in English: (Norwegian, Swedish and Dutch are also a big plus)
  • Ambitious and motivated: Ready to face challenges, grow, and take Kanpla's service to the next level.
  • Structured and analytical: Structured in your approach and have the product's development in mind through customer feedback.
  • Fluent in English: Fluent in English, suitable as a professional skill.
  • Tech Savvy: Have a flair for IT and are curious about a deeper understanding of Software.
