Your role and responsibilities
ABB Electrification Service is a leading supplier of products, systems and services in electric power around the world. We strive to be close to our customers and are therefore represented in several locations around Sweden - from Gällivare in the north to Malmö in the south. Our mission is to provide services that increase reliability, availability and profitability and reduce environmental impact in the customer's technical plant. We cover the entire life cycle of the technical plant and help our customers to work on continuous improvements.
We are now looking for a structured and committed Support Service Specialist who wants to build the foundation for an exciting future within ABB Electrical Service Sweden. Reporting to the Project Operation Manager and using your Support Service skills and knowledge, you will aid the Sales, Contract Managers, Planning and Technicians by responding to customer inquiries. The position is located in Västerås.
• Delivering effective solutions to customers with order-related queries by coordinating with internal resources to resolve the issue.
• Managing orders and monitoring the status.
• Cost monitoring on orders and contracts.
• Archive order and contract documentation.
• Invoicing and management of crediting.
• Ensuring a positive customer experience by giving regular updates and clarification.
• Delivering effective solutions to customers with claim-related queries by coordinating with internal and external resources to resolve the issue.
Qualifications for the role
- Knowledge of principles and practices in customer service.
- An agile and proactive approach, with a demonstrated ability to take ownership of customer issues.
- Experience of invoicing and interest in finance.
- Experience in SAP ECC and technical competence/interest.
- Experience of working with Office 365.
- A collaborative, solution-focused approach and strong written and spoken communication skills in both Swedish and English language.
