This job role will be covering the Business Management function within the Digital Front Door tribe, responsible for personal banking channel strategies and development. The role is done with very close collaboration with the Business Management Centre of Excellence colleagues: A great opportunity to work in a team of professionals working towards common goals, which all circulate creating a smooth operation for the Tribe landscape.

*This position can be located in Copenhagen, Denmark; Helsinki, Finland or Vilnius, Lithuania. If the position is being filled in Lithuania, the salary range will be from 4160 EUR to 6240 EUR monthly (based on your competencies relevant for the job).

You will:

• Become part of the tribe leadership team, where you’ll drive and support problem-solving initiatives, you will serve as a knowledgeable sparring partner
• Assist with the preparation of materials for strategic leadership meetings, including reports and presentations
• Conduct quarterly and yearly reviews of financials and development backlogs
• Monitor and report on the status of the development pipeline
• Assist in drafting and measuring tribe KPIs
• Plan strategic workforce initiatives, forecast capacity pipelines, and manage other HR administrative tasks
• Manage rolling forecasts and budgets

About you:

• At least 5 years of experience in the financial sector, ideally in project management, finance, office management, or similar roles
• Higher education in Investment, Finance, Economics, Strategic Management, or a related field
• Proficient with the MS Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• A consistent, systematic, and results-oriented approach to your work, with meticulous attention to detail and quality
• Ability to responsibly manage time-sensitive tasks and adhere to deadlines
• Advanced English language skills

Monthly salary range from 4160 EUR to 6240 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
