Global Demand Generation Leader

Omada is looking for an experienced global demand generation leader in software B2B marketing who will be the team lead for field and partner marketing, global campaigns, and paid media (Google/Linkedin). This role reports directly to the CMO.

Our ideal candidate has a proven track record in field marketing, working closely with regional sales leaders as well as channels. In this role you will be in charge of field marketing which includes all regional activities including partner marketing. You will work closely with our DSR leader that is responsible to follow up on all inbound and outbound leads. You also need to have experience in leading a team of talented individuals, a keen understanding of how to engage prospects and the tenacity to convert those prospects into customers. Strong candidates are self-motivated, proactive in understanding business needs, and take initiative. We need someone who both have strategic experience as well as hands on execution as we are still in the early phase of building up a team globally.

You are passionate about growth and all the different ways there are to create brand awareness and demand generation, using different marketing tactics, in order to scale our business.

We are looking for a candidate that has spent a couple of years in an EMEA role or lead several regions in EMEA and are looking for a challenge to take on a global role that includes Benelux, DACH, France, Iberia, Nordics, UK&I and North America.

Your main objective is to grow our markets by increasing brand awareness as well as create and capture demand. You will strategize, initiate and execute an array of marketing activities in several markets globally.

Working closely with Sales you make sure high intent leads are taken care of, converted through the funnel to deals creation and ARR as well as follow up on performance and market insights.

The overall objective is to drive revenue and growth for our business in all our global markets.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the yearly planning globally together with our central marketing function and in close collaboration with CMO, CRO, regional sales leaders and partner team.
  • Lead our field marketing team and participate in the execution for each region to meet revenue goals.
  • Measure, analyze and continuously improve the results of your activities by tracking key indicators that reflect pipeline and revenue creation in each region (with help from marketing operations).
  • Effectively communicate and collaborate with all stakeholders who influence the company’s go-to-market effort.

Skills

  • Extensive experience in enterprise software field marketing with experience in security and an understanding of identity and access management a big plus.
  • Rich experience in events, partner marketing, audience targeting, buyer intent platforms like 6Sense, etc.
  • Experience as a manager of a team with different skill sets and expertise.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • User proficiency in SFDC. Knowledge of Pardot is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop strategies and plans and gain consensus.
  • Ability to drive projects with the support of a central marketing function.
  • High energy, enthusiasm, initiative, and flexibility.
  • Team player.

Specifically, This Person Will Be Responsible for

The leader of Global Demand Generation will be responsible for developing and executing high impact global marketing plans that help to drive new logo acquisition as well as move accounts through our sales cycle faster and more effectively. This role will report to the CMO, working closely managing field marketing to expand our footprint in our target regions: Benelux, DACH, France, Iberia, Nordics, UK&I and North America.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 10 years in Marketing with experience in enterprise software, security experience desired.
  • Deep familiarity with European and US enterprise B2B software market.
  • Knowledge and experience with modern demand generation and integrated marketing.
  • B.A. / B.S or equivalent undergraduate degree, relevant technical subject preferred. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • Very strong written and communications skills, enjoy presenting to a wide range of audiences, from senior executives at customers, to large audiences, to relatively technical people.
  • Player-coach attitude & results required – Must be enthusiastic about developing the plan, but also doing the work.
  • First language must be English or display absolute English fluency if it’s not your native language. Multiple languages are a plus, but not required.
  • The preference is for this position to be located in Copenhagen but we are open to look at candidates in Sweden, Netherlands and the UK as well.
