The Position
As an Associate Manager for our Warehouse and Facility & Utility Support team anchored in Business Support Kirke Værløse (KV), you will build a support team expected around 8 people in site KV. You will be part of a leadership team in the local business support consisting of 2 team leaders for Warehouse, Facility & Utility respectively and the Senior Manager for Business Support KV.

Your key responsibilities will be to:

  • Ensure compliance with GMP and handling of deviations.
  • Support the Warehouse and Facility & Utility teams with projects, continuous improvement and securing stable delivery of high-quality products in a very regulated production environment.
  • Build and maintain stakeholder relationships, ensuring high level of support.
  • Coach your team and develop new solutions to enhance performance.
  • Drive and role model lean mindset.

You will have the opportunity to establish, serve and lead your team into an exciting future where we are looking into expansion of the site. You will be responsible for developing essential skills in your team to tackle any business challenge that comes your way. This also includes recruiting talents, onboarding new team members, providing comprehensive training, and building a high-performing team that's ready to take on our future opportunities and challenges in our production in KV.

The team members are primarily situated locally near our stakeholders to understand what adds value and makes a difference, so you will spend most of your time on the shop floor, leading and coaching your team. We also work closely across the support teams on site, and therefore a strong collaboration with the other local support team leaders is necessary to succeed in this role.

Qualifications
The most important qualification is your passion for people and drive to develop a great team with high engagement and performance.

To succeed in this position, you have:

  • A BSc or MSc degree related to Life Science or Engineering
  • 2-3 years of a leadership experience preferably within production, support or QA.
  • Strong experience with GMP, competence development and LEAN.
  • Professional proficiency in English and Danish.

Solid experience in change management, as well as excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills are essential to this position as well.

On a personal level, you have a leadership style based on trust, and mutual respect and value a fun and inclusive working environment. You have a natural talent for building a supportive environment where everyone works well together, motivates each other, and fosters personal and professional growth.
