The position
As a QA SAP Master Data Specialist in the QA Training and System Support team you will be part of a SAP team working across GCM DP (Global Contract Manufacturing Drug Product) and DS(Drug Substance) QA which is responsible for supporting the QA project & operations teams in the department in close collaboration with our Line of Business (LoB). You will solve a wide variety of tasks and have a great opportunity to be challenged every day in a job with lots of professional interfaces working with many stakeholders both internally and externally.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead projects for new CMO partnerships by building material masters in SAP ECC as well as maintenance of the data

• Creation of CoA (Certificate of Analysis) Master Data and CoC (Certificate of Compliance)

• Set direction of how to set up new products for QA release

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to facilitate the setup and maintenance of master data for new CMO operations, supporting efficient and compliant data exchange.

• Provide guidance and support for data-related inquiries, troubleshooting, and issue resolution specific to master data creation for new CMOs.

• Participate in system enhancement projects and provide expertise on best practices for SAP master data management related to new CMO

You will be involved in the SAP4Hana up-grade and in the two digital projects DBR and DCS to ensure the fastest implementation, so we are able to serve even more patients.

At the moment, the workplace is in Søborg but at the end of 2024 we will be relocated to Høje Taastrup.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate for this position should meet most of the following requirements:

• Academic degree as a Pharmacist, Engineer or similar and have experience from a pharmaceutical organization

• Proven experience (>5 years) in SAP master data management within quality assurance, and you have worked with quality processes in relation to Master Data and/or SAP

• The ideal candidate has a track record of working with SAP ECC

• Thorough knowledge of products and the organization in Novo Nordisk

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail

• Excellent communication, collaboration skills, and you are expected to be fluent in Danish and English

• Ability to thrive on working across departments in an international organization

About the department
Our organization is expanding, and we need someone like you to support our digital projects and help build master data for new CMO, so we can continue to support the strong volume growth with capacity expansions at CMO’s, a growing R&D pipeline progressing towards markets with CMO supply chains and acquired companies with fully outsourced CMO supply chain. At the moment the department consists of 40 highly qualified employees in 4 different teams, but we are growing very fast and expecting to become bigger in the nearest future.

You will be a strong player in the QA DP Training and System Support team. The department is characterised by a high level of professionalism, flexibility, and cooperation.
