Novo Nordisk is seeking a skilled and versatile TV Producer to join Video & Live Production.

Are you well-versed in live broadcasting, studio and video production, and the technical setup involved in these areas? Do you find excitement in leading and participating in live broadcast projects? Are terms like Unreal Engine, CCU, frame synchronization, chroma key, and DVE familiar to you? The Position:
We are looking for a TV Broadcast Producer to join our Broadcast Team in Video & Live Production at our headquarters in Bagsværd. There is a high demand for outstanding global virtual collaboration and communication solutions, and we are eager to expand our Broadcast Team by welcoming a new member to join us on this journey. You will have the opportunity to :

• Lead and participate in virtual and live broadcast projects.
• Guide customers through production.
• Work in a highly dynamic environment where our expertise in broadcast and video production is rapidly expanding.

Qualifications :

To be successful in this role, we are looking for someone with:

• Vast background and knowledge in broadcasting technology gained through experience in television studio production.
• A strong technical and creative mindset.
• Ability to guide customers with limited prior presenter experience.
• Expertise in setting up and experience with live video mixing with some video editing skills (Premiere Pro software).
• Experience with Broadcast cameras, CCU, AV and studio broadcast/live streaming, and routing.
• Fluency in spoken and written English.

Advantageous Skills:

• Some experience as a cameraman/videographer (b-photo level).
• Familiarity with CISCO VCon and Microsoft Teams.
• Familiarity with using 3D software and Unreal Engine for virtual studio production.
• Experience with customer dialogue and consultancy.
• Project management experience.

The role requires the ability to work under pressure during live broadcast. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are a must, given our interaction with paying customers. Lastly, being a good listener is important to comprehend customer needs and translate them into creative and technically feasible solutions.

About the department
Video & Live Production is an integral part of Novo Nordisk's communications department and is based at the headquarters in Bagsværd. We function as an in-house production company, handling everything from live-streamed events to in-house news, documentaries, brand- and patient films. Our team consists of 13 permanent employees who are passionate about their work and enjoy a lively atmosphere together.
