Joining us, you become part of our brand-new and still-growing Data Center team which consists of highly skilled experts who work together to secure infrastructure of national importance.

In short, we share the responsibility for our Data Center and make sure it is secure and operational 24/7, which entails an on-call roster. Therefore, we do sometimes have to work odd hours, however, this is made up for by a flexible setting where we have the freedom to plan our own time and tasks.

Run day-to-day operations
In this vital role, you will handle equipment critical to our operation and have an important role in keeping services reliable and secure. You will participate in the day-to-day operation of the Data Center and support develop operational procedures and policies for the team.

Doing so, you will handle a wide variety of tools and technologies and work closely with your colleagues from our architect team and vendors.

Thus, stepping into a very varied workday, you can look forward to:

• Troubleshooting and keeping an overview of operational and capacity status
• Building and developing infrastructure solutions
• Performing lifecycle maintenance
• Participating in our on-call roster

About you
Experience with server infrastructure management
You are a good candidate for this role because you are open-minded and a team player. Looking to optimise and improve, you are ready to be an active participant in setting the direction for this new team and how we operate.

You do not need to have experience with infrastructure of national importance, but we do imagine that you have:

• Practical experience with server, infrastructure operations and IP network OR a relevant educational background within this field
• Have knowledge of Linux and Windows OS as well as WMware ESXi, vCenter and vSAN
• Have experience with backup and backup technologies
• Know your way around automation tools
• Are eligible for Danish security clearance at HEM level
• Speak and write English fluently

“You’ll be joining us as we’re still setting the team, so you’ll have a lot of say in how we define our roles and how we operate,” Tina goes on to say.

Where you will be based depends on where in the country you live. We have offices in Aarhus and Copenhagen – it is also possible to sometimes work from home.
