As the Director of Global S&OP, you lead a very strong team of S&OP Partners and Planners and together you own and drive the global S&OP process in Pandora. The Global S&OP process is a crucial cross-functional planning process in Pandora anchored with our C-suite and facilitating high impact end-to-end value chain decisions. As a person and a leader, you need to be highly holistic and strategic, very analytical and data driven and fostering a culture of high collaboration and efficient communications and decision-making. Your reach and impact in the organization is wide and to succeed you need very strong inter-personal skills combined with strong business impact and commercial and financial acumen mindset.

Your key responsibilities include:

• Managing the Global S&OP Process: Responsible for the monthly Global S&OP process - which includes Demand, Supply, and Inventory reviews, with clear financial implications - as well as for facilitating decisions at pre-S&OP and executive S&OP meetings with Pandora's ELT. In addition, the role is responsible for continuously developing the S&OP process, step-by-step towards full scale IBP planning.

• Inventory Governance: Accountable for global Inventory governance incl. Setting targets, reporting, and governing write-off cost provision and re-melt planning - done in close collaboration with Finance, Merchandising and Crafting & Supply.

• Volume and Budgeting: Accountable for the input on production volume to the yearly budgeting process (incl. F1, F2 and F3) based on inventory targets, as well as consolidation of other key attributes relevant to capacity planning and COGS Budgetting.

• Mid-Term Planning: Accountable for our mid-term planning process for production. A process intended to identify imbalances and opportunities within the 3 to 9-month horizon. It ensures feasibility to deliver on production agreements, meet inventory and availability targets while staying within agreed capacity utilization levels. This guides specific capacity adjustments (skill specific), rebalancing of volume allocated across the supply network and levelling of demand to ensure capacity optimization

• Newness Planning: Accountable for our newness planning regarding total and consolidated demand, supply and capacity plans for all newness up until order placement. This includes alignment with Global (Merch, Design, E2E etc), clusters and C&S on specific adjustment on the campaign timelines either to serve demands in the markets or to ensure efficient production.

• Long Range Planning (LRP): Part of the LRP (Long Range Planning) process and responsible for creating S&OP plans based on strategic initiatives driving growth or cost reduction, commercial inputs and other business plans e.g. capacity expansion or large tech implementations

• Strategic Partnerships and Implementation: Shared accountability with the rest of Global Supply Chain leadership team to implement the operational strategy and meet associated business objectives in regards to Global Operations and develop capabilities needed in Integrated Planning as required to meet our goals and vision for Integrated Planning. Furthermore, to partner up with other areas within Pandora's supply chain and provide inputs to critical strategic processes e.g. Metal Hedging and Business Risk Assessment / Business Continuity Planning.

Strategic People Leader with Strong Value Chain and Financial Acumen
We are seeking a people leader adept at navigating complexity and managing C-suite stakeholders. You possess a robust value chain mindset, strong financial acumen, and excellent analytical skills, excelling in strategic and holistic business thinking. You are a role model in cross-functional and cross-cultural collaboration, demonstrating exceptional written and oral communication skills. Furthermore, you can demonstrate:

• 5 years of solid experience working within Operations, Supply Chain, Finance and/or manufacturing

• 3 years of leadership/people management role for high skilled specialist team

• Experience from retail, fashion or FMCG industry a plus

• Experience from global organization
